WOW I am at the end

OK so I have been really bad at the blogging!!! But really good at the diet!

I am coming to the end and as of today I am down 17 pounds!

I have adjusted and find the diet quit easy. It has really taught me to manage with the right kinds of food. I think that this was a great kick start to making better decisions.

I encourage everyone to try it! You can call me every day and I will help you though the rough patches. Just keep in mind that there will come the day that it will be easy.

I have gotten so use to my meals I think I will actually miss them.

Monday Day 8

By far this was the easiest day so far in this process. I was very busy at work and that probably made the most difference. I am getting use to the diet and creative with the way I put my food together.

I finally have the mind set that I am going to make it the full time. I look forward to the end result.

I did not have a big weight lost this morning just .2 lbs but still over all great results ....9 lbs and counting...

Sunday Day 7

Wow I am not good at blogging I have missed a few days... so I will catch you up.

Friday... I cheated today I have one bite of cheese, just one bite but still cheating. I felt horrible about it. I do not think I will do it again.

Saturday...I weighed in and still lost, so my one bite did not matter what a relief.. Things are getting easier I do not feel hungrey but I do crave things. I have tried alot off different foods this week and I really like them. When it i time to eat I think about what has thw most nutriatuinal value, not what sounds good.

Sunday weigh in down a total of 8 pounds I am very happy with my week!!!

Day 3 and 4

Well yesterday was VERY hard... I had a headache and not satisfied with what I was eating. Awful.

That brings us to today I again woke up with a headache I decided to go ahead and take something for it...it helped for the most part.

I did much better today I did not feel as hungry. I changed my fruit to strawberries the sweetness helped.

Oh I almost for got lost 1.9 pounds.... maybe it was worth it!

Day 2

Last loading day...

Last night was sleepless for me, I think my body was in shock from all of the fat and calories. I could not get comfortable enough to sleep.

I eventually got up and took my drops at 6:00am and started my second day of loading. I found out quickly this morning that today was going to be much harder. I could barely keep myself eating...I hope I got enough calories.

I went to the store tonight to get my meal for tomorrow.. I will be enjoying 3.5 ounces of chicken breast boiled..(first time I have ever boiled chicken, hopefully it is cook all the way through) one handful of cucumber and a apple. I will be have the same for dinner... don't forget the gallon of water required, this will be very different for me since I usually get my water from diet coke.

As I am writing this I keep thinking I did not get enough today I think I am going to force one more thing down. YUM YUM YUM

Day 1

Day 1: loading day

WOW!! this has been harder then I thought.. you think that it would be a dream come true to eat whatever you want, well it was fun for about 15 minutes. However, I think I loaded quit well today.

Thanks to everyone at my office that went to about 5 different food shacks today.

I have eaten enough today to feed a small country.

I also started by drops today, they were ok I think I will get use to them.

I have one more day of loading bring on the donettes!

Be Accountable

Ok so those of you who know me are probably very surprised.... I am going to start a diet and a blog... both are things that I do not do!


After a lot of research I have made a decision to start the HCG diet. I have a goal of 20lbs. I am doing the HCG through oral drops. I have my guideline book and drops in hand. My start date will be Monday 8-10-09.

Breakdown: 2 days of loading... e.i. eat what I want and A LOT of it! Day 3 start 500 calorie diet.. yes 500 calories.

I have to stick to this so I have to be accountable I figure the best way to do that is blog.
